He just tweeted it out.

What kind of shit ass ‘mechanic’ replaces a water pump without even ATTEMPTING to test the thermostat??

Brazed? That sucks.

France.

I am an Astros fan and that game was stressful to the point I was using profanity. But Culberson’s celebration didn’t bother me at all. As you said - he hit a home run in the World Series, in extra innings, when his team was behind. And the Dodgers looked like they were coming back from the brink again.

I’m finding I really respect this lady. She made her point, she went in peace, and did draw attention to the cause. I can’t fault a person committed to their ethics. The consequences are what they are, and she faced them.

Ok, here goes. Writing this out makes me want to barf.

Not scary, but still…

I used to work in newspapers in hockey country and I always dreamed one day that Alex Auld and Robert Lang would get new contracts on the same day so I could print the headline “Auld, Lang Sign”

Came here to say similar. Describing Canzano as an “old-school beat writer” for Oregon State is just patently false. Like, I don’t know what the genesis of that notion would even be. I don’t even think he was a beat writer when he was with the Mercury News like 15 years ago.

I have no opinion on this story, but I live in Portland and Canzano is trash. Also, he’s not a beat reporter - he’s a columnist. Everything he writes should taken with a huge grain of salt.

Oh, but it gets worse! ... now that we’re into the dark reaches of instinctive terror, let’s just go all the way, shall we?

I don’t think it’s this, and actually I don’t think succinctness would help. I know from experience of asking questions that at times you have to ‘guide’ with a question precisely to stop the interviewee from giving a pat, cliced response. So you anticipate that response and try to cover it off in the question.

shit, when did football get taken off the list of sports? did it take chess, bowling, and poker with it?

Probably my two favorite baseballers.

No, he’s scheduled to be executed. Murder is the unlawful intentional killing of a human. He was tried and convicted in a court of law in a democratic society and sentenced to be executed, which was upheld on multiple appeals. The intentional killing is therefore lawful, regardless of whether you personally agree with

It’s about your favorite cars, Jason.

At some point in a gearhead’s life, we mature beyond the posters of supercars and top trumps specs, and realize that there will always be something faster, something more expensive, something sleeker. That’s when we turn into Torchinsky and start looking for weird instead of exotic.

There’s a term for owning more on something that it’s worth... I just wish I could remember it.

With do much digital manipulation in these images, do we call them photos or renders? Looks more Forza and less Furman.
