“Why not? It’s got dragonborn shouts and everything!”
Yep. As of this post skyrim has 21k playing the special edition (26.4k if you include the original base release + the ~300 VR players) vs starfield’s 18.6k. Fallout 4 is a hilariously close 3rd at 16.6k.
I’m not sure what it is exactly (I played Divinity:OS1 and liked it, after all; and I play tabletop D&D), but I just have 0 interest in BG3.
Video game prices have increased $10 twice in said 15 years, and they’ve been milking us with $100 deluxe editions and season passes as well all the while. Please don’t pretend like the widdle ol billion dollar corporations are struggling because I’m not dropping my entire paycheck on their video game. Or that…
Edit: Somehow responded to the wrong person.
This comic/meme but it’s solid snake and kotaku poster Arden’s ass.
Thank you, this was the best explainer response.
Reuters claimed that the Q* program had managed to allow an AI agent to do “grade-school-level math,” a startling technological breakthrough, if true, that could precipitate greater successes at creating artificial general intelligence, or AGI, sources said.
$6 per skin seems like a bargain in my eyes
It’s definitely the ready player one of video games.
10 years ago it would have been $2. And it’s still a full priced game with multiple tiers of “deluxe edition” and with peer to peer matchmaking, so they can’t even use “but the server costs!!” as an excuse.
Certainly not the weird nerd who’s on record saying hes building god and just did a reverse coup to get rid of all of the people concerned about the ethics of his current trajectory.
tbh I’m not convinced a few of the latest class of kotaku writer are even real.
Nobody reads any of the sister sites as much as they used to. They’ve driven most of the talent away and replaced them with under paid interns who are probably summarizing other websites’ articles via chatgpt.
This post brought to you by bungie?
Is this a form of mental illness? Who the fuck cares what color your chat bubble is in a competitor’s text messaging app?
Other members of the subreddit have weighed in and pointed out that some of Larian’s official map renderings do seem to take a few liberties with its illustrations, including having mountains in places where they didn’t previously appear.
But other games still can be saved from becoming IP sandboxes
Free speech absolutist btw.
Ah okay so Altman has been who David Holz would always reference when he talked about how other firms would talk about AI like they were trying to build god, and how weird that was.
