I don't know if that's the main reason people buy these things, but they've been popping up more lately. My mom must have heard about them from somewhere. When I told my wife about it, I didn't mention the AARP games or fear of Alzheimer's, I just said "I know this sounds weird, but my mom wants an adult coloring

Coloring books. NOT EVEN ONCE.

I hope it's not true, just because I want to see someone eat a coloring book.

My mom actually asked for one for her birthday, which is today, incidentally. My grandmother had Alzheimer's, and though she was 90, at the end, she thought she was 12 years old. Everything else was gone. My mom doesn't want that to happen to her, so she plays games on the AARP website, and just anything to keep her

There's that sheriff Fox has been trotting out lately. I'd say they're grooming him for 2020.

I don't know if this means anything, but the kids with the accents were the ones who were alwas high, always getting into fights, and ended up dropping out. Was the accent part of their carefully-cultivated persona, or did the accent itself somehow doom them to a drug-addled, diplomaless exsistance? I honestly don't

You're just ahead of the curve. There'll be a lot more big fans of Massachusetts after Fallout 4 comes out.

There's nothing wrong with the Boston accent if you're from Boston. I grew up in the suburbs; the closest I've ever been to Southie was the time I got off at Broadway to get to the South Bay Best Buy. But there were kids in my town with a Boston accent for no reason. It's not that I'm trying to hide my Boston accent

Ok, yeah. You need to get out of there while you still can.

Is that near Route 9? Cause that could be your problem right there. That road only leads to madness.

I've lived in MA my entire life, and managed to avoid "the Boston accent" It's not hard. When you're old enough to know how a word is pronounced, yet continue to say it wrong out of willful ignorance, is it even really an accent, or an affectation?

If it makes you feel better, I doubt they'd have been any less horrible if they had come from Duluth.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I've lived on the South Shore my whole life and I love it here. I live in a house my grandfather built, with a stream running through the back yard that attracts all kinds of ridiculous animals. It's like a nature documentary looking out my back window. My daughter went on a high

Yeah, they are currently filming the Ghostbusters movie down the the street from my house, as a stand-in for New York.

As much as I love to see my state represented on the big screen, I wish Hollywood wold realize there are parts of Massachusetts that aren't South Boston.

This run of championships is a recent thing. Pre-2002, Boston teams (Celtics notwithstanding) were perpetual losers. The fact that there are people who've never experienced that time makes me feel super old.

Aah geez, the cat's cradle of saliva strands in that mouth.

As someone whose breakroom tv is stuck on ABC, allow me to ammend this:
There’s no way your Halloween costume is creepier than Today’s Peanuts getups, unless you're the terrifying women from The View.

Alice Cooper was ready to sign, but Mummenschanz' lawyers would not budge!

Anti-Amphibian-American sentiment is the last acceptable form of racism.
