“Absolutely, I’m a real boxer,” Paul said. “I’ve done it for a year and a half now...”

Yeah, there’s the problem right there. The reason why the United States moved to the left in the 1950's and 60's wasn’t because back then, a more enlightened species of robber barons ruled our businesses. Businessmen are businessmen, always and forever, which means that they will be greedy, lazy and short-sighted if

Every 15-year-old boy tries to perfect the fist pump and a girl’s the first to do it. Take that, patriarchy!

Sloppy work. They omitted his loss to Shirtless Fat Hawaiian minutes earlier.

HOLY SHIT. I love the internet sometimes.

Rogan is that you?

Look you keep talking about his losses but all I know is at the end of the night, he finally ended a 7 fight losing streak.

Penn has had 11 loses in the last decade, with 5 coming from T/KO. I dunno...maybe that’s bad for a brains ability to do things like regulate emotion or do a risk/rewards analysis...Or maybe he ate too many GMO’s.

Not taking sides here or saying its ok for these players to be petty like this, but there is obviously something that Fenech wrote that ticked off Verlander. I get that the media is always biased toward other media, as evidenced by the “prevented from doing his job” line, but I feel like its a little lazy to publish

What would you prefer him in shortstop fielding position every pitch? There’s enough things wrong with baseball

Not sure if this was mentioned but, if so, worth re-mentioning. And if not, think about this for a minute or several b/c it is incredible and one of the most amazing aspects of Bob Gibson’s MAGICAL season of 1968 (I think of this whenever there some reference to guys not getting pulled):

“Hey, Max, do you trust the bullpen to close this one out?”

Dude.. have you seen the Nats bullpen pitch?? They would have been better off having Max finish that game left handed.

I still can't believe the Tigers couldn't cash in a world series with that rotation with Verlander and Scherzer and Porcello.
