I love how acceleration has become a ‘trick’. I’ve spent decades and untold dollars in the pursuit of going faster, as I’m sure many enthusiasts have, and acceleration was kinda the goal. Now these cars show up that will blow the doors off 95% of anything they might come across at a stoplight and suddenly that

No, it’s why The Autopian exists.

I still have a soft spot for the original Top Gear USA trio. Yes, it was overly formulaic in its attempts to replicate the original Top Gear and yes, it took some time for the hosts to gel and eventually abandon the stage and audience, focusing on only doing the road trip/challenges.

Humbug! The day an electric car is rated at 400 miles per charge is the day a rocket first stage lands on a barge in the middle of the ocean!

If it doesn’t go 800 miles, charge in less than a second and cost $5, it just can't fit my lifestyle! /s

An entire article about improving the front grill and no picture of the problem? How can you do that? I had to Google it.
