When did Batman kill someone with a gun?  Granted, my memory of those films is pretty shaky. I remember mooks dying in secondary explosions and from shrapnel/debris.

I was on Melrose when this took place and it was amazing to see a bunch of strangers staring into the sky, and then burst out laughing.
