I like Phil fine, and Duke was the last great album they did. I’m not saying the others were bad, but Duke was fantastic. I love the artsy stuff even more, however. Still love complex music like that when I’m in pain. I get lost in it, and it helps.

Sounds like a great jam to me. I had every Genesis album, back in the day, even that last one with the really boring dude singing. Should have left that one behind...and a few others. But, you know, I had this completionist thing going.

My favorite example of giving up on sme level is HLN. Apparently showing Forensic Files 90% of the time makes more money than actual programming about...oh, I don’t know, headline news.

Isn’t that something? Many of the networks have lowered themselves to the lowest common denominator. Yet at the same time there have been some amazing shows being made, shows that are better than TV ever was. It’s like it’s become totally polarized. Crap in one pile, quality in the other.
