Aaron Carter was my first big celebrity crush. I can’t even begin to fathom how hard this is for his family, after already losing his sister years ago.
I liked it! I love the shit outta Bobby Cannavale in anything, and the rest of the cast was pretty great. But I also watched it thinking it was a satire, which I’m realizing now it may have actually been leaning more serious? IDK but I liked it
Anyone who knows me knows that “my dad had a stroke when I was 11" is literally one of my defining traits because woo! traumatic to see your dad almost die at a formative age!
As someone who both microwaves and fries the Banquet sausages, I agree. microwaving is good to help thaw them, but they really need that fried outer skin to be good
It’s a Cup O’ Stuff!
I love my New Beetle so much (for better and for worse), I’m gonna be so sad when I have to look for something else someday
This is genuinely awesome, I have a thing for shiny and sparkly things so I have just... so many sets of dice and no reason to actually use them. I’ve always wanted to try D&D but don’t have enough time or friends to make it work. Playing by myself actually sounds really cool
It’s Boomy the Cat just looking for clay
I know this is gross as hell but there’s a subreddit called r/popping where people repost videos like Pimple Popper MD and things like that, but I’ve been seeing an uptick of people posting pictures of mysterious spots that they’re monitoring and I’m just now realizing they’re very similar to monkeypox lesions...
My dad and I were just discussing this yesterday, as he has a very minor form of aphasia after his stroke 17 years ago. A lot of what he does now is he won’t find the right word for something but be descriptive, like he might forget our cat’s name but say “the black and white cat.” He knows what he’s talking about,…
I didn’t realize how bad mine were until I started anti-depressants and they (almost) entirely went away.
... about the same amount of weird. The whole family is very into reading, so I probably wouldn’t even think about the cat reading a magazine lmao
Every once in a while I remember the time I walked into my friend’s bathroom and her cat was sitting on the toilet peeing. I froze and he gave me the nastiest look, which was fair because I had just walked in on him using the toilet. It was weird as hell but it meant less cat litter was needed
“she preferred Shaheen—a gender-neutral name in our culture like Chris or Kelly, but also a combination of her old name and my name, to match with me for loving her”
My mom and I are both big Hallmark watchers and she is OBSESSED with Lacey Chabert’s movies, it’s adorable. We were very excited to see that she’ll be with Hallmark for at least another two years doing big things. Silly, but it just makes me smile to think about how happy it makes my mom :)
2000% yes. Every time.
I was always told not to smoke weed because I’m not good at lying and if I were ever caught I’d be too obvious and get in trouble. Now that it’s legal... they were absolutely right I’m an ever worse liar when I’m high. But at least I have a card for it!
Never mind, I answered my own question. I just can’t believe 8% of people earn enough that they can contribute the max amount each year.
I know I’m a broken record with this, but it’s extremely important to remember that crisis lines are for moments of CRISIS. They are almost all staffed by trained volunteers who are just regular people, not therapists. They can help you when you are experiencing a true mental crisis by helping you calm down in the…
