He has always been a hero to me because racing wasn’t accessible to him when he was younger and in his prime but now that he can afford it he is out following his passion and doing what he loves even if he isn’t the best

You could actually get a manual all the way through the gmt800 chevy trucks that came after this. Up until 2007 you could special orders 2500 or 3500 with a 6 speed manual behind any engine... including the Duramax

& since Kinja wouldn’t post this earlier with 2 pictures... here is my rig a few hours later at the top of “the breaks” outside of Watford City

Ok. So I’ve got 2 stories involving the same Gas station in BFE North Dakota but I’m only sharing the one where I Didn’t run out of gas...

Have you ever heard of “Hale-yeah” or “Michigan Mud Jam”??  It’s an event just like this in Hale Michigan... Just happened a couple weeks ago but might be something to check out next year!

Since nobody answered your question... No they are not road legal. These are “Mega-Trucks” purpose built mud trucks that are designed to go through feet of water and clay... basically the redneck version of a time attack car...

Atleast link the greatest most viewed Oppo story of all time if you want somebody to read it!

Now playing

“Malibu” Chuck Aaron (the guy that does back flips in Red Bull Helicopters) has built 2 or 3 working Cobras out of spare parts... No joke

Also not a Syclone... it’s a Sonoma GT. Basically a blacked out 2wd Sonoma with the Syclone body kit but not with any of the performance goodies... made in 1992 only :/

I guess there are not a lot of truck fans on here... this thing is Nice Price all the way!

Thanks! It was a pretty shitty week that I just chalk up to bad luck. All things considered I came out pretty well & I had a new job the day I moved home. I’m looking to get a YFZ 450 as a replacement to play around on this summer. I’m a pretty die hard Yamaha guy

Not a car... but an ATV. I drove 12 hours (850 miles) round trip for a $2500 ATV

It’s not so much that gasoline engines have caught up (technology for both has dramatically improved in the last 10-15 years) as it’s the diesels ever more complex emissions systems that have shrunk the gap in efficiency.

Apperantly a few years ago (2012 or 13 Iirc) they had a big Bricklin owners club meeting in Frankenmuth. I know this because I spotted one in Bay City and chased the owner down in my County work truck to talk to him about it.

I’ve wondered the same thing.

5s in the quarter.

2nd gen c10s definitely get A LOT of love... pretty much the most popular classic truck and for good reason!!

A new GTO... I’ve listed after them since I first saw Rhys Millen’s drift car at the Be Cool car show in ‘04

Not trying to be pedantic but even though the Explorer is based on the Taurus it’s still considered an SUV... and it is about the same size as a Tahoe. And I’m statement I was referring to both the Tahoe and Explorer being more popular then the Taurus and Caprice

I doubt it because most departments are making the switch to SUV. I forget which article I read but the take rate on the Tahoe vs Caprice PPV was 2 to 1 or better
