Only a new out-of-production engine, ecu, fuel tank, lines, associated labor, etc? That sounds profitable to me!

On the hardware side, not only would this system need to detect the position and orientation of all planes involved, it would then need to calculate a trajectory, velocity, acceleration, and probably the position of control surfaces. All these inputs are likely instantly and accurately available to it in the

I wonder where it’s getting its inputs for the opponent’s moves? I’m guessing them from being integrated into the simulation software. It’s not insurmountable, but sensing and calculating these inputs will take extra time that may take away some of the AI’s edge.

I’m given to understand that this issue reduced the value of used diesel VW’s, but that the buyout price is from before that market dip. It also doesn’t seem to be adjusted for condition, just miles and equipment.

It’s fast, but I still don’t really enjoy looking at it.

As I understand the class; the spirit is to be accessible to someone who can get an auto loan and buy a roll cage. That same person is likely to know how to stop filling the gas tank before it is full, but unlikely to know how to do all the various battery modifications this guy did. I don’t think this car is anywhere

I think that’s GrauGeist’s point. It has some of the drawbacks of a minivan (thus the comparison you linked to), but it misses on a lot of the benefits. It’s not a minivan because it’s not as good as a minivan.

I would drive it off a cliff.

My favorite theory is that the cyclist had family ties to a cop, who turned a minor incident into unlawful revenge-confiscation. As others have pointed out, rich people with lawyers are probably the wrong target for this sort of thing.

Not seen: Money escaping the driver’s wallet.

Yeah, I think they will get access to the market, but they might not like the price. To be honest, my biggest problem with the vote to exit is that nobody (even experts) knows what the results will be. It was all a bunch of rhetoric ... no substance in any of the arguments. Hell, it could end up being a good thing

Haha, Not really a coherent response, but I think what you’re trying to say is that Norway doesn’t need the EU, therefore nobody needs the EU.

Correction: HAD great trade relations. They now have uncertain trade relations. Sure, some could be better than the EU as a whole. However, you simply don’t ship large, multi-ton products overseas from a high labor country. When it comes to car manufacturing, which is what w’re focused on here, their market is Europe.

I like that they’re daring to be a little difference. The higher trims (V, etc.) have really good presence when you see them on the road and stand out from the bland Audis and curvier BMW’s.

The UK is <10% of the EU population. If I’m looking to lower my export taxes, I’d prefer to build a plant anywhere other than the UK. Even more so when you consider there are low-wage options in eastern Europe.

What if the truck nutz are chrome and attached to a Harley?

Doesn’t the article title pretty much still describe racing? Maybe it’s not ALL British people now ... it’s changed so much!

I judge people primarily on their reason for buying their car. I look for faulty logic, level of research and thought, and personal taste. It’s OK for them to have a different opinion, it’s not OK for them to be flat out wrong.

Corvette as a brand makes a lot of sense to me. This would allow them to have a range that satisfies the traditional “budget supercar” market as well as variants that compete more directly with exotics.
