Not being able to start indicates a hardware issue most likely overheating like you described, could also be your power supply is flaking out. As for the performance my computer can max out Fallout 3 at 1920x1200 with 8x AA and 16xAF but for some reason has issues with NV at 2xAA and 8xAF same res. Maybe try the [www.n

I didn't follow this really closely but i don't remember any mention of it being limited distribution or i would've bought it when it came out :( hopefully i can find a copy in march then.

Actually THQ/Relic was able to buy the rights to the Homeworld Series back from Vivendi in 07/08 so its entirely possible that it will be Homeworld 3

As much as i want a new Homeworld 3 they really screwed the story of HW2 :( even disregarding their own history and lore that they created in the first game in doing so. Maybe they could actually do the Dust Wars story now.

Im not into DC much, or hell comics for that matter any more (Jumped ship when marvel started into the whole "Twelve" thing). Never been a real a fan of Green Lantern but i have a basic understanding of GL and its lore, so if the rings can create whatever you imagine why the hell do the corps only seem to generate

Good maybe now i can map some of the commands the the two extra buttons on the side of my mouse.

Dead Space 2 cause after 100 hours on New Vegas and only 3/4 of the game completed in about a month I'm burned out (I'm a completionist).

The only DLC for Fallout 3 that was worth it IMO was Operation Anchorage and Broken Steel and that is because of the raised level cap (almost perfect was pretty overpowered really) and early power armor/Gauss rifle. Ill wait for the inevitable GOTY style release that has them all included when it hits steam for cheap

@Dmitri Monro: The Jury Rigging perk is in the main game though.

@Nowell: The developer during the Humble Bundle, which generated over a million dollars for charity, released the source code as open source as a sign of goodwill to the community for the support they were shown. iCoder has taken the source code and are turning a profit on it when they have no right to do it.

@fuchikoma: They have a classic view but even that is bad. I know what you mean the new format has caused me to leave io9 (im even a star commenter there) :(

@Diamond Sea: Goddammit! Well thanks for the info, stupid gawker "moving beyond the blog" is moving away from why i love your sites.

Anyone here check out io9.com recently? The new site layout is retarded! Please tell me Kotaku isnt going to that format as well!

@fluffybunnyslippers: The standard editions sure but the TE sticks have high quality, authentic, arcade parts in them, therefore built to last.

I love the TE sticks parts and form factor but you cant beat the two Street Fighter IV Sticks i got for less than $15 each! (Walmart bundle sale)

@wack0br: Wow her head is freaking small! Its worse than Bayonetta!

After playing through all of the Terran campaign of StarCraft i cheated to finish the rest of game and expansion so i could see the story, i've never gone back to finish the game legitimately :( I haven't lied about that fact i simply omit it when talking about the game.

@Foxhack: Someone below linked to the skins while nice looking they dont take after the image in the link above and they are missing the Valve polish the originals have.

TF2 should totally do a throwback setting with the 1800s TF characters ( See [www.teamfortress.com] ) The could even do some zany time travel thing (involving Australium) to mix and match old with new. Im sure people would love it as long as they fleshed them out much like the modern counterparts.
