A lot of password places don't take spaces. Some brute force password hacks actually do look for words and proper sentences so poor grammar would be better, but even with word guessing, a long sentence is pretty hard to crack.
The trick to passwords is to not create something super complicated or hard to remember. You don't need crazy symbols or numbers. Just come up with a long sentence that is easy to remember like
