300 trips around the earth on a single tank of kerosene!

Just sign the title for it over to the aliens, let them deal with it.

Amanda Plummer as a scenery- chewing villain is gonna be the best part of this season I bet.

You may be shocked to learn there are far, far more offensive antisemitic, racist, violent, etc. NFTs out there. I don’t like NFTs for all the reasons nobody here does, which are all good reasons not to like them! But this is just one aspect of tasteless art, not really an NFT issue.

Well considering most of the NFT and crypto market is used for laundering money and other criminal activities it’s no surprise that anyone would want this.

Another aspect of this story - the NFT had “changed hands” several times already, so it “belonged” to someone - right? Any yet, Gamestop just “nuked it from orbit”... so much for “ownership” when it comes to NFTs...

Pack it up, everyone. We’ve found the worst nft made. There will not be anymore nfts that plagiarize imagery of other tragic photographs after this one, surely!

Even Gaiman himself doesn’t care much for the first arc, and names Issue 8 with Death’s first appearance as the first time he really nailed what the series should be.

I like the stand-alone stories best myself. (“Fables & Reflections” is my favorite collection.) I do hope we see some callbacks to those arcs, especially as they contain some of the series’ best characters. (Hob Gadling? Hello???) That said, it would be great to see “Seasons of Mists” adapted in a future season (🤞🏼).

So this definitely looks like they are adapting the first story arc and expanding it a bit. Not sure I’m a fan of that. The whole quest to get this items of power back was interesting in the comic because it’s played up to be this big long quest but then wraps up in like three issues.

Dune was a big hit though so it worked out

For what it’s worth, I dislike most of Gaiman’s writing as well, EXCEPT Sandman, which is easily the best comic I have ever read.

Oh man. One thing’s for sure, they got the look so right. The Threshold of Desire! Abel! Matthew! The helmet, the ruby, the pouch! I’m a little less wild about the dialogue and the prominence of the Corinthian as some kind of arch-foe for Dream. It sounds like they’re trying to punch up the excitement factor, which I

What kind of clown is THAT devoted to a leader that actively uses and abuses the people under him?” LOL I’d have thought that the Trump years would have shown you that this behavior is far from uncommon.

What’s the bet this “retirement” is public face only?

I feel like this article only provides half the perspective. So as someone who regularly threatens violence against the Bungie developers, over EVERYTHING, let me just say: it’s because I have a shockingly small penis. Like you would not be able to find it, that small.

Give it time. I can say with certainty that as far as individual developers and publishers go the ones operating a traditional model (sale of a finished product) get more of MY money.

People tend to walk back problematic comments when it has a material impact on their business’s bottom line. Offending average customers is one thing - boycotts these days have limited effectiveness in damaging profits. But you tick off the folks who buy your business’s licensed products en masse for thousands, if not

In other news; fuck this guy.

In related news, Riccitiello’s young son said that claims about cookie theft are “bullshit” and that the jar his hand was in was a coffee jar that had been repurposed to hold cookies. “If you understand the context,” the younger Riccitiello said after wiping away crumbs, “it’s clear that I was not caught with my hand
