I once had this happen on my 80 RX7 and it was all in the front alignment. The toe and the front torque bar were out of alignment.

The barge thing won’t work, crane or ramps. The waves will kill it. The only and best chance is basically hijacking the transports or impersonating them while you distract the real transports somehow.
