Good to know but I don’t think I’m in danger of OD’ing on B vitamins. I don’t drink Mio Energy every day and it only has 10% of the daily value for B3, B6 & B12 per 8 oz diluted serving. On days that I do drink it, I have one 20 oz tumbler and that’s all.

You know, I never noticed until now but it does say the caffeine content on the side of the bottle. It’s 60 mg of caffeine per 8 oz (when diluted) serving.

I see we’ve got a Kia Rondo fan on our hands.

I have no idea how much caffeine is in the Mio Energy. It just says caffeine & guarana in the ingredients list but doesn’t specify. It’s enough for a mid-day or afternoon pickmeup since I start my morning with a cup of coffee at home and bring a travel mug to the office so I can have another cup of the good stuff

That’s already been built, and is driving around Madison, WI:

Can confirm, I’m in the DC burbs and we had the windows open at my house too. I went shopping in a t-shirt with no jacket and my wife was all, “aren’t you going to get cold like that?” and I said no, it’s almost 70 degrees out.

I’m a caffeine fiend and for many years would chase the various gas station/convenience store “deals” on sugar-free energy drinks that would still cost well over $1 per can. Usually the best deal was 2 cans for $3 but that wasn’t always available. It was a huge waste of money. Now I use Mio Energy in a vacuum tumbler

But the Subaru cotton candy smell comes from the Subaru drivers, not the cars themselves.

After selling Opel to PSA, GM had been paying PSA for the various GM-branded versions of the Insignia i.e. the Regal and Holden Commodore. GM doesn’t build it themselves.

Do these smell like cotton candy as they drive by?

The ES is a front wheel drive transverse engine layout, the K900 is a twin turbo AWD longitudinal engine layout. The turbos, transfer case, driveshaft and rear differential all add weight.

Different Civic body styles are built in different factories and not all the drivetrains and bodies are made in the same places.

I know many reviews have mentioned the rev hang but when I test drove an Si last summer I never even noticed it. My main complaint about shifting it was the gas pedal is tiny and not in a good position relative to the brake for heel-toeing. Enough people agree with my assessment that there are multiple different gas

“GTI is in a completely different category,” lol, you’ve drank so much Kool-Aid you’re drowning.

If it had a little more power it’d be more easily distinguished from the lower trims, but you do get a lot more than the other 1.5T trims. The motor has a bigger turbo and other tweaks, and it’s rather underrated, with good tuning potential. Plus the adaptive dampers, LSD, bigger brakes, and awesome seats.

Usually a manufacturer gives a car a shorter final drive ratio to improve off-the-line acceleration times. It’s cheaper/easier than creating a whole new gearset for the transmission.

That’s a random pic I found online that shows the battery pack next to the Game Gear. I’m trying to remember the games I had. Looking back through the list of games on wikipedia, I remember Columns was the pack-in game, and I got the original Sonic as a mail-in “rebate.” I also had Sonic 2. Others were Super Monaco

Granted this was when I was like 10, but I don’t recall the battery life being quite *that* terrible. But, kids tend to overestimate how much time stuff takes so it could’ve been that bad and I just didn’t realize it. We definitely kept a healthy supply of AAs though.

I had a Sega Game Gear for which my parents also generously provided the official Sega external battery pack. I distinctly remember one time going with my dad to the DMV to renew his license and playing Sonic with that heavy-ass battery clipped to my waist band while he waited in line.

Doing what you want when you want and public transit are not mutually exclusive.
