I know certain genres and plot lines and high concept ideas for movies are no longer appealing when viewed through a 2019 lens, but come on, this is a big dumb stupid movie about shit getting blowed up real good. It’s pure escapism and not meant to be taken seriously in the slightest.

They’re fairly popular here in DC among the folks who live somewhere in the city where owning your own car is, if not completely unfeasible, certainly a hassle. 

Lots of Car2Go Smarts still in service here in DC. My brother has been car-less for many years and uses them semi frequently. He’s a big fan. But he’s also crazy, so him being a loyal customer of any business is not exactly a ringing endorsement.

The finance manager was both a typically-awful finance manager, and sexist. You can’t brush away the sexism just because of the presence of the typical car dealership scammery.
