If you were actually around the tuner scene in the 90s you would know that’s bullshit.

Your take is based on the prevalence or the lack thereof of the 2JZ in Japan, where, as you’ve correctly mentioned, it was less common because of displacement taxes.
I dont know if it's been done on a B58 yet but adding port injection and big single turbos is common on high-HP tuned N54s and N55s. The intermediate step is to do a milder turbo upgrade along with upgraded low pressure fuel pump and sometimes injectors, plus E85 tunes and/or water/meth injection.
The other day you were talking shit about sunroofs and now you're bashing the 2JZ? What's with you, dou you just hate fun and enjoy being first in line with bad hot takes?
Those bitch-ass MAGA shits need to learn how we DMV locals handle the Hebrew Israelites:
So what you're saying is, your daily commute is a racetrack where the lowest possible center of gravity is a necessity, and therefore the rest of us who like some light coming into our cars from above are not allowed to enjoy that?
Because not everyone lives in Phoenix and some of us like open, airy-feeling car interiors.
My wife has a CX-5. The rain sensitivity is adjustable but they just refuse to work in a predictable way in light rain. It needs to be really coming down before they get their act together. Thankfully Mazda has a check-box in the vehicle settings that lets you revert them into regular variable intermittent wipers.
My wife has a CX-5 with rain sensing wipers. Mazda just does a terrible job with them relative to other companies. I’ve had a couple BMWs and a Grand Cherokee with them, and while sometimes they’ll get a little hyperactive, generally they’ve been fine. Mazda’s on the other hand aren’t sensitive enough. There first few…
The B58 motor in the Supra and Z4 had 335 hp in many cars across the BMW lineup. There are a few different variants which I’ll just screenshot from Wikipedia rather than retyping here.
Torsen diffs are great, but technically speaking, they never fully lock. They’re gearsets. There’s no clutches to lock up. They bias torque from side to side across the axle.
I’ve been rocking trackballs since the mid 90s. But I prefer the kind with a big ball for your fingers rather than a smaller one for your thumb.

Actually the sport package on the awd sedan is only an appearance thing. The sport package on the awd coupe still includes the big brakes and LSD. The only thing it doesn’t have vs. the sport package on the rwd is the quicker steering rack.
I’ve driven one!
Toyota has a curtain airbag defeat switch on some of its trucks & SUVs. GM probably doesn’t want to offer such a thing and the potential liabilities it would open them up to.
I only made it about 10 seconds into her rapping before I had to stop the video. That shit is uncomfortable. Why’s she scowling so much?
