Well yeah, but I’m not here for logic and reason, I just wanted to post a goofy picture.

I wondered yesterday if it was actually mechanically similar to the AMG GT, or if it was a CLS-but-not-a-CLS.
“I work for a car manufacturer and here’s what I know from experience,” would have been a much better lead-in than “you don’t know what you’re talking about,” and neglecting to mention that detail.
I understand full well thankyouverymuch.
The engines and transmissions in the Z4 are not unique to the Z4. They’re the same engines and transmissions in the rest of the BMW lineup. The Supra engine options are going to be identical to the Z4 and every other _30i or _40i BMW.
The BMW Z4 that the Supra is based on will be offered in a manual.
I still want to know how much he was paid to appear as a dead body on a table in Batman v Superman.
Unfortunately, car dealers too often have the whole “WE GOTTA GET PEOPLE IN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE A DEAL!” mentality and that’s how they train people.
Pirelli makes the Winter Sottozero 3 in the rear size and the fronts could be swapped to 225/40-19.
Where else will they go though? The WRX is the only reasonably affordable awd turbo performance car. The Focus RS, Golf R, etc. are in the STI’s price range. Sure there’s stuff like the Focus ST, GTI, Veloster N, etc. but those are all fwd (sometimes with an LSD thrown in for good measure).
Well yeah, same applies with MB and BMW’s competitors in the same segment. 😎 None of the S4/C43/340i are slow, and all have loads of tuning potential.
Well the S cars were in a weird place relative to M and AMG. The top level stuff was suitably bonkers (hello S6 V10) but when M and AMG went into 400-500 hp territory for their compact models, the S4 and S5 got left behind, and caught up to by stuff like the 335i/340i type cars.
The C43 competes directly against the current S4 (and 340i), not only the S4 from 10 years ago.
