Provide an example of a time the NRA has proposed a worthwhile modification to a gun restriction law rather than simply trying to block that law.

If the G70 comes with a stick and the V6 that will be very interesting.
Well yeah, that’s the point.
Believing every gun restriction is flawed and therefore we should enact none of them is incorrect and unproductive.
I haven’t and won’t be going on any tirades, although you certainly seem to be going in that direction. I haven’t “outed” anything, I’ve been quite open here.
I didn’t say they’re going to get into fights over parking spaces. The potential risks to society of concealed carry permits outweigh their potential benefits. Therefore they should go away.
Whether the amendments protect or prohibit something is not the point.
Concealed carry permits should be outlawed.
The country enacted and repealed prohibition through constitutional amendments. It could be done again, and it would be the best possible solution to our gun problem.
Common sense does not mean ticky tack “oh let’s block this one specific thing” restrictions.
Just because something is hard doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done.
No. That is wrong. Gun control groups are not an evil cabal seeking to remove everyone’s guns, and the more you and others like you believe that, the longer it will take to implement necessary restrictions on guns. Change your ways.
Some people read Playboy for the articles.
Are the seats still power for the bottom and manual recline?
So, they stand for being a bunch of crazy nutbags. Got it.
NRA members are by and large against even the most common sense of gun restrictions, and vote for politicians who share those views. They and the politicians who they vote for prevent common sense restrictions on guns from becoming law, and the lack of those laws makes it much easier for people who seek to commit gun…
That’s fine, I’m happy to have NRA members feel ever so slightly perturbed about their consumer choices.
Repeal the second amendment. Problem solved.
The NRA has one of those articles for EVERY piece of gun legislation. They fight them all. They need to stop fighting them all and being a roadblock in the way of common sense restrictions.
