BOOM! 1st gen Z4. 2 seater, 2 people, 2 week vacation. Who need an SUV? Despite the weird shape of the trunk (2 floor height, and side “cubicles”), it’s actually pretty useful. In there there was a laptop, a camera, shoes, 2 large suitcases, alcool (for after the driving), a radio, engine oil and a teeny bit more…
That’s the minority. The question I always ask myself when people fuck me (or the product) over, is the following: “where is the incentive?”
Non, il s’appelle Milou.
Don’t jinx it!
So what. Good data can be used to ‘prove’ almost anything.
Yeah, that curve could be slightly altered to give the headlights a better look. I guess it’d be possible to give the Z4 headlights a bit like the 5th gen Maserati Quattroporte, which would be a plus.
The first gen Z4 was a masterpiece in terms of design. Self promotion time: https://clunkersclique.com/2019/03/19/bmw-z4-the-rambling-enthusiasts-review/
It has been done already.
The hydrogen challenge is the distribution network. That’s exactly what we said 5 years ago about electric car. The technology in itself is sound.

The challenge of renewable energies is storage. Hydrogen is a storage method. Without it this boat can only work when it’s sunny or windy. What you’re doing is the same as saying “the Prius is dumb because it does not need huge batteries: it has an engine and fuel tank!”
he just told me he orders them from overseas. That’s got to suck having to wait all that time for basic parts
I think the opposite. I’d rather see John Doe driving a sensible econobox and me having some choice in the fun car department than this Pontiac add telling every douche that a big V8 is going to turn him into a MAN. That clip was seriously cringe-worthy.
Yeah, because engineers are known for their spelling skills. You remind me of the certification dude who had me correct a 120 pages document because one “s” was missing. /s
You can also consider the 280Z, they are way cheaper. Once you get rid of these shitty bumpers they are just as good looking.
That would help. I still think it would not be enough. I read some time ago that the aircraft payload spec is beyond the bay capability, so it requires to mount part of the weapons externaly, which is incompatible with stealth.
I just know they make (or are going to make) an SUV names Eclipse. And I know this because I find it profoundly stupid.
