Yes you can. Steam is a private service with a Terms of Use all users agree too. If you violate the Terms of Use you can totally be banned. Steam is not a Government, nor a public right, it is owned by Valve a private company and they can ban whomever they want.

Yes, you absolutely can. Steam/Valve has a code of conduct and violating it can mean losing access to the games you have purchased. This was the Third attempt to run the race because of 2 rain-outs. Also, it was rescheduled for a few months after the original attempt. I was there on the pit lane in the Verizon box. It was great! Not many people made it out for the third try, but they offered $1 hot dogs, $1 sodas, and cheaper beer!

I’m actually really excited for IndyCar this year. Last year was some great racing, and this year they have all of the greatest tracks back on schedule.
