If it’s going to a performance/racing model, sure, orange. If it’s going to be an anniversary model, then I would have liked to see a cool red, white, AND blue livery. Or at least have those as the only three color options.

That’s not a completely insane idea. Mazda is getting its butt kicked due to the dollar/yen exchange rate. A stateside manufacturing plant would solve some of this problem. And, the plants are located in the Mid-West and Canada, where there is a good workforce who would need little training to get a plant up to speed.…

Looks good in a dramatic way. But I still think the current Mazda 3 looks better. More balanced.
I was 100% team hatchback, but after seeing this one, I’m now 99% team hatchback. It just looks... off.
The asking price isn’t horribly out of line, but I wouldn’t pay that much. It would need to be cleaner to command just shy of $50,000. A really nice one went for $28k on BaT a few months ago, but that seems to have been an aberration.
