which seems odd for a streaming video service to have a page on a streaming video site. I mean I get it but its still a bit ironic.

That’s also the way I describe Hamilton Nolan articles (generally along with “unmitigated garbage”)
Unions are great until you have any dealings with the corruption, nepotism and self dealing of union leadership and then you think, “yeah, fuck those giys.”
Huh, and here I am assuming that a huffington post writer just post someone else’s time as their own.
By always you mean, “Bulldozer and its derivatives”, which yes was a turd of a chip. Their Athlon stuff was great. Thankfully Ryzen looks much closer to the latter.
This is factually true and non-rebuttable. I wholeheartedly agree and am ok with that system. I’m an American economist (graduated with Ivanka in fact) and lawyer who works in Madrid, so I should be! But I believe that’s why the middle class feels left behind as well. They wanted that capital to be working in the US.…
Without the SEC, where would be the great joy in Clemson beating Alabama...
Yeah, that’s fair. I think anyone who assigns blame on this to just ONE issue, is being unreasonable. I think this op-ed from the NYT yesterday touches on some good points too:
Muni bonds is how schools get built. Bonds are voted on by the benefactors of those infrastructure improvements. The obligation to the bond holder acts as accountability that these projects will be completed. Low interest capital for local governments to function (approved by the voters) and a dependable source of…
You think the Walton’s keep their money in secret vaults somewhere waiting for inflation? No. That money is, in large measure, invested in new companies, ideas and ventures. How else do you think she gets richer. Its not simply by sitting back, she puts the money to work making more money. Sure, some of it is in…
I pretty much agree with what HamNo wants, but continue to disagree with his pitch of how to achieve it. Trying to make a moral argument, as we just saw in November, does not work!
He’s only actually infallible when he’s officially declaring it infallible with the right “letterhead” so to speak. It’s something he has to invoke specifically and it’s actually QUITE rare. Very few popes even do it once.
Or, you should do whatever the fuck you want with your money.
It struck me as strange that this didn’t get an anti-slapp judgement but it looks to me like such a motionr was never even filed. The fact that it actually lasted a year tells me that despite them not having merit to their case they must have been able to at least squeak by the anti-slapp requirements.
This is also a a pretty damn good hockey story:
It’s the bookmaker’s fault for laying odds on something so stupid as a fat man eating a pie.
Considering Gates and Ellison were programmers, too, then these examples invalidated HamNo’s assumption that CEO’s do not do the actual work.
Yeah, but Reynolds consistently has been the lead in smaller budget hits.
A pretty boneheaded move. Sure, he wasn’t going to injure the linesman, but that doesn’t matter in the slightest. Like in any competitive sport, you do not touch the officials.
I can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic or not. A suspension is definitely going to happen. Never hit an official, and even though it doesn’t seem like much, those sticks can do damage.
Come on, now.
