That’s exactly what I was thinking.
That’s exactly what I was thinking.
You disagree with his approach because Hamno is a moron writing for a blog site and hasn’t ever had to run a business in his life.
I know I can because I read Marx. He nailed it and, as a result, the USSR is a prosperous land without inequality and all of its poor were well fed. It is glorious. I think China had the same result. Venezuela too. Oh yeah, and Cuba.
IANAL but Arizona is an Anti-SLAPP state and Sterling should have both been able to move for an immediate decision (90 days) and potentially countersued for damages. Wonder why this hasn’t been done.
Something to consider if power goes out. If you still have running water (ie you’re not on well), fill a jug with water with some space available for expansion and freeze it outside. Put that in your fridge to keep things cold.
And serious kudos to the other team for being champs.
Fuck you. I’m not crying. YOU’RE CRYING!
You don’t think the pencil pusher deep in the guts of the Pentagon is a living breathing hero? How do you live with yourself? You’re certainly no American if you don’t fetishize every single member of the military.
I’m guessing HamNo’s disdain for business management is built upon the fact that he works at this shit show.
Commie!
It’s a great story but it’s hard to evaluate without a lot more information. How much revenue and profit do you have? What is the average employee salary? What is your growth in revenue, profit and margin?
I’m not saying they shouldn’t be taxed in a progressive manner for that very aspect. But that says nothing about how much they should get paid. Not one iota. It’s almost like you couldn’t differentiate the two problems.
I understand the cringe, but legally speaking he probably is the CEO per his articles of incorporation. But I accept why that’s cringe-worthy.
Why should the CEO’s salary be tied to the employees’ salaries? What if the employees are extremely well paid? For instance, if the average employee made, $150K, is it ok for the CEO to make $100M, even though that’s 600x+? Should it still be capped?
How much do you think Bill Gates or Steve Jobs or Larry Ellison should make as founders of the some of the biggest companies in the world?
You ostensibly stop it in one of two ways: 1) by having Sbisa keep freaking skating (instead of a 10 foot lunging coast) and take Gino’s body — better to push him into a faster pass than let him dick around with the puck; or 2) don’t let up such wide open 2v1's to begin with.
People have made legitimately hilarious bits/jokes about Hitler (see Brooks, Mel), Jews (ibid) and “nigger” (see Rock, Chris). But using those tropes in and of themselves doesn’t make you funny (see Richards, Michael) or even edgy. That takes work and skill of a level that, well, makes you a Mel Brooks or Chris Rock…
Hamilton Nolan, the tool who couldn’t find something that shouldn’t be regulated.
I certainly wasn’t questioning that. Just that the protocol clashes are somehow simultaneously inane, hilarious and provocative.
