Seeing Luscious Jackson live, they were really impressive, but that big album they had I didn't much care for (Outside the "Naked Eye" remix that was big), maybe I'll revisit it some day.

D-E-V-O

Yes! That was the first time I had seen them, and they were great, they closed with "Under Pressure". Also saw Luscious Jackson and The Verve before either of them broke big.

I saw them on that tour, L7, Breeders, and Beastie Boys killed it.

I love Serafinowicz, but I'm not sure about him as The Tick… but I haven't watched the pilot yet.

I love L7 so much. I knew a lot of guys who didn't like them, I don't know if they were sexist or felt threatened or what, but I thought they were great.

I'm exhausted trying to deal with his extremely vocal supporters. Anything I post on FB, becomes an unsolicited right-wing nonsense party, whether it is political or not. I removed these people from my newsfeed, but since they didn't remove me, now they invade any and everything and blather on about The Annoying

It's a shame, because when Avon started it actually helped women make money when it was still hard for them to get real jobs.

Finally saw The Nice Guys, loved it. Glad Shane Black is having a career resurgence at the moment.

I have it preordered from Amazon. The nearest record stores never have what I'm looking for. Something as high profile as Metallica, there's a good chance, when when Death Magnetic came out they only ordered 5 or so, so I couldn't get it.

This article should be called Albums we won't be reviewing.

You *might* have a case if Helmet ended with Betty.

I just realized, that in 2000, I was at the top of The Empire State Building and The Sears Tower. On Empire, it was foggy so I didn't see anything, but on Sears it was a clear, sunny day, and you could see forever.

"Flowers on the Wall" is one of my earliest memories of music. I love it. I've met a few of the Statler Brothers, the ones I've met were really nice.

Eighth! Ugh! I need a cancellation, bad!

It's been awhile since I looked into their page. I always liked them growing up. I remember seeing them on The Jeffersons back in the day.

It was my understanding that two of the sisters were dead and the remaining two don't speak to each other.

To be clear, I want them to review more low profile and medium profile* acts instead of super popular ones. I'll read those reviews. There's nothing wrong with liking Beyoncé, but you can read a review of her output literally anywhere. There's a think piece every time she changes her shoes.

He had to been high on hooch!

It's entirely possible they did them twice in one year because I quit in November of 98, but it's just as possible my timeline from 20 years ago is messed up.
