One of the happiest days of my life was when I quit this factory job I had. It was so bad I went back to retail.

Stag is really great, I really love the one-two punch of Captain Pungent and Berthas, and Skin Horse is awesome too.

Of all the stuff The Simpsons has predicted and influenced, I'm still pissed that no one has made that Planet of the Apes musical yet.

I saw them on tour for Larryland, and it was headlining a festival show, and they were great. They played the first three album tracks in order, and then when "Pepper" was over, Gibby said "The weak ones can go home now". About half the people left, and then they just blew the place up, they were so good.

The only other one they were on that I can remember that hasn't been mentioned is Brainscan, and that was just a track off of Independent Worm Saloon. I know I'm in the minority, but I liked their major label stuff (except Weird Revolution, and even that has a couple of ok tracks). Pottery from Escape From LA was

I'm not talking 'bout movin' in
And I don't want to change your life
But there's a warm wind blowing the stars around
And I'd really love to see you tonight

I voted for Perot in '96, the first year I could vote in a presidential election. I was a young idealist, and if memory serves, he was going to increase taxes on the rich to balance the budget. His informercial mentioned a "Rock Star Factor" about entertainers having too much money or some damn thing.

Probably the second to last good thing Butthole Surfers did (the last being "They Came In" on the Mission Impossible II soundtrack) before dropping that turd Weird Revolution.

Men In Black (who like to have sex with each other)

"Maybe the Nemoidians can do something, I don't know.."

You know, I've (largely) made peace with it, but thank you.

Because Hollywood don't know dick about music.

Holy shit that was amazing!

(All niiiiiiight)

I've struggled in the past with negativity, but I work real hard at being an optimist. But, I'm also realistic. And unfortunately, to true optimists, realists are pessimists, which somehow the most irritating.

Probably by doin' it!

Thanks! She's going to be living less than a mile away, which will present its own challenges, but hell, at this point anything is an improvement.

Congrats on the bike!

Congrats!
