I am 5 minutes in and have already toggled over to here to see if others are as disappointed as I am. I would pay good money to have Clarkson come and punch Chris Evans in the face.

I have no idea how Chris Evans is regarded in the UK, but I find him extremely... well... this is how he makes me feel.

He actually never asked for a comment, he asked if she’d answer a few questions. She declined to do so, and he posted that quote instead of the answers he was seeking.

I just think it’s hypocritical and nasty to write this stuff about GamerGate harassing women, and then he doesn’t get permission to quote a woman from an email, posting private correspondence wherein she asked to be left alone, and excuses it away as it wasn’t explicitly stated to be an “off-the-record” email.

I agree. Social Justice is probably one of the worst cancers you can think of. It’s gonna take some work to get it’s influence out of gaming.
