I think they wanted examples from sports.

Montreal should have been penalized for employing notorious ass-clown Marc Trestman - this damn penalty made him somehow palatable to the McCaskeys and brought endless shame to the Bears.

I suppose getting the result of the game wrong in the headline is a fitting way to (bicycle) kick off an piece literally on the topic of one’s own ignorance.

I do not trust Al-Jazeera America to give me correct information just like I do not trust FOX News to give me correct information. I may be wrong, but I’ll pass on anything that has ‘Al-Jazeera’ in the name.

They took more than twice as long to finish Broken Age. This should not have happened with a Developer like Double Fine to begin with. It took them 4 years to create a 8 hour Adventure game. In these 4 years I have backed 3 RPGS which all were over 50+ hours, which had more story, more voice acting and huge self

I’ve thought a lot about what I should say here and it basically boils down to this. If you put money in this, under no circumstances are you allowed to bitch about anything. Tim’s trackrecord is such that every game he’s ever made has gone dramatically over budget and was released far later then any reasonable person

Seeing the actual amount of money already I can not believe how many people still have trust in Double Fine. Especially with Crowdfunding. They are literally the worst “major” developer using this.

It probably stems from how Tim Schafer lost a lot of goodwill after what happened with Broken Age.

Leading the “why won’t they release the mugshot” brigade, James Woods:

The husband just released this statement. I’m just about in tears because he seems so genuinely NICE and in love with her:

But he can step off making fun of Ina Garten. That woman is a damned good cook, and her recipes always work. You know if you’re using something she wrote, it has been tested to within an inch of its life and the results are reproducible. Sure, she’s privileged, but she owns it and she is good at what she does.

Coach Carroll suspects it was a pre-existing condition. “Looking at the video, there’s no way just the impact alone could’ve caused this injury.”

Why doesn’t he just drink recovery water instead?

the grantland writers seem like genuinely good people, they likely wouldn’t to associate with the folks over here

If you don’t want to get blindsided, have your editors under contract. Can’t leave them with no job security and cry when they find job security elsewhere.

At-will employment works both ways. Not sure how they can blame the editors for the “coordinated exits”. If losing 4 editors at the same time had such a negative impact on the site, you’d think they would be smart enough to put them under contract and not leave themselves open to the risk.

Now I don’t want to start an argument or whatever, but that just sounds like lazy design to me.

depression quest? really? even if you are friends with the developers you have to admit that game is garbage. from the very beginning of the game you’re given lets say 5 choices, and only 4 of them are clickable. why even have that choice up there , if you are not even allowed to choose it. there is no atmosphere to

Nah, had to fit Depression Quest in there. Kappa.

Definitely many, many other free to play games on steam of a lot better variety. If this post interests you even slightly as a reader, you should just go check out the free-to-play curators on Steam itself. This article was a waste.
