inspired by an Italian horror film, Phenomena (Creepers in the U.S.)

The PS1 Clock Tower is the direct sequel to this one.

Trust me. I do this for a living.

I love horror. I watch lots of horror films, read horror stories and novels, and play every horror game I can get my hands on, and The Evil Within actually gave me nightmares. My 2 cents.

I still think the old Atari box art is the gold standard of video game cover art.

I’m not going to say that The Fog wasn’t an influence on Silent Hill, because maybe it was, but Stephen King’s The Mist is a much clearer influence.

I would buy Fatal Frame Go in a heartbeat.

Sanders supporters are overwhelmingly Millenials, who were too young to vote in 2000 and don’t remember what happened. As someone who made the mistake of thinking the Gore and Bush were the same and protest voting for Nader, I made a vow never to make that mistake again.

Well, crap.

And just like that, we’ve come full circle.

I’m pretty sure that IS Rupert Murdoch’s business plan.

One thing I would point out is that if you play offline, then you are eliminating the co-op part of Dark Souls, which inherently makes the game a TON easier. Magic builds also can help a great deal to make the game easier to play. From Software has essentially already added some things to the game to make it easier,

When I played through Final Fantasy as a kid I used a thief instead of a monk and, yeah they definitely are inferior to the other classes. That said, thieves are useful in the early game because they have a much higher chance to escape combat than any other class, making it easier to run away if you get in over your

I mean, the gunsmith is depending on me to test these weapons every week, why don’t my clanmates understand that?

This is not the original game, it’s a new game. It’s not Mirror’s Edge, it’s Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. They could make Mirror’s Edge RPG and it would still be Mirror’s Edge (the franchise) but it wouldn’t be Mirror’s Edge (2008).

Oh give me a break, it’s still Mirror’s Edge, it’s not like they made it into a turn-based rogue-like JRPG or something. While I agree that it remains to be seen whether this is a good or bad design decision, it’s not unreasonable to expect the game to be a certain way based on the last game.

It worked fine for Tomb Raider, but that wasn’t the system in the first Mirror’s Edge. A better analogy would be if the next Mario made you earn XP levels before you could unlock the ability to pick up shells or use fire flowers.

FF9 was post dual shock. It launched after the PS2 was released. Just FYI.
