Yes. I’m here for this. Sign me up.

I use the max acceleration all the time. You can floor it at every light.

Mostly the same on the outside, but pretty much every mechanical part has been updated. The interior is also entirely new.

Keep the HP wars going! I love the ridiculous power of my Plaid model S. Stupid grins every time I hit the go pedal.

I own a Plaid and I would buy one of these. Ford! Sell this!

Shut up and take my money!

That means the price of the Model S – a vehicle that has been on sale for 10 years – has risen by $10,000 in 2022.”

Yup. Same. Model 3 and Y are solid cars. The S/X right now is kind of a shit show of manufacturing problems.

Tesla supercharging is easier than pumping gas. Just plug in. Nothing to mess with. No screens. No payment details. etc. Just plug it in. No adapters. No nonsense.

Better headline, road trips not in a Tesla might still be a pain. Definitely not a pain in the Tesla. Supercharging is fast and painless.

But, why? Why do they want Spirit?

We’ve seen crashes like this in EVs. You’ll get a few cells that pop off, but a full-scale thermal runaway event where multiple cells go up in flames and cause all the others to burn takes 30-60s or more to really get going. Enough time to get out of the car and not get burned.

But electric vehicles are the ones that everyone thinks will explode and result in fiery death!

Is 19" big or small? I have 19" wheels stock on my Sur Ron. Went down to 17s for the street tires, though.

Yeah, with turn stalks and shift levers. The plaid moved everything to buttons on the yoke. That’s fine, except they aren’t real buttons.

Because I said one part was good and another part was bad about the yoke? I'm pointing out how all the reviews have it wrong. The lack of buttons is the bad part. The yoke itself is fine. I've used it for six months now. Still wish for real buttons.

The yoke is actually great when driving on regular roads. It only sucks in parking lots. And even there, not that bad.

Every critical control function in the model 3 / Y and refresh S / X are fully redundant. There are two computers, two power steering controllers, etc... Even duplicate wiring.

I did look at the video. He was completely in control of the vehicle. There’s just no display of the speed. He wasn’t stuck at 83 mph. The display was stuck at 83 mph.

exactly. Even autopilot still works without the screen.
