I am at like 5x/wk yoga; trying to get back running and swimming after the papers are done to work out the crazy.

Oh.
Someone actually recommended GoPros, which I love, and which we could use a couple of at home anyway. And I’m sure some dudes we know would be game for that. Like to wear on their heads.
thin or thick ones?
Word.
I am having a lot of first world problems. I feel incredibly guilty about my focus on them.
I also worry about this, though, because of how Kris tends to push the limits of her family’s emotional comfort with exposing themselves (i.e., Kim and Playboy).
I agree; it’s hard to keep track. I’ve watched the whole series and just realized last night that not all of Bruce’s sons are from the same mother. And I didn’t know that he had a daughter - the blonde one. My fiancé comes from a similar situation where there’s also a lot of adoption and death of parents, remarriage…
So much this. What do the Kardashians claim to be? Attractive, social, “a brand,” entertaining, enterprising. How have they ever failed at any of these things? Now, if they were claiming they were really smart or good scientists or great humanitarians or something, it would be possible to challenge them on that. But…
Nice. I hadn’t even considered that.
Right. That’s why I said I wondered if he would be criticized for it (by other people), not that I personally believe he should be an activist. I’m not criticizing him, but I could just see people criticizing him for going on for two hours about it but not being a soldier for the cause. I’m wondering what the…
Right?! Also, how on earth is she always “the fat one?!”
Yuppers. Keep in mind I was going through Deadspin at like 9pm EST when the only other liveblog was US Weekly. I was looking for ANY actual analysis. It seems to really have evened out, though, on all the Gawker sites.
No, of course, I would never out anyone (transgender, gay, etc.) without their consent. For example, I have a friend who is a newer friend who is transgender who will be at my wedding. I’m going to tell people they are transgender because it doesn’t matter. But with my close friend it is confusing for people because…
Or for another example, I was at dinner with some of my fiancé’s friends who are very conservative and one guy started making a comment about Bruce Jenner that was not headed in the right direction (something like “Oh my god, what a freak show!”). It wasn’t confirmed yet so I didn’t think it was right to start…
Yeah I commented when there still wasn’t enough content online and I had to read the greys. It’s gotten better since last night.
Yeah, it was more in the greys. When I went there before, it was overwhelmingly Kardashian jokes and digs. But it seemed to even out over the night, and sounds like it did on Gawker as well.
Well and if it’s a video game (it’s a video game, right?) that doesn’t involve objectifying, raping, capturing, etc. women, then it I’m all for it!
Oh, yeah, my fiancé is great. I used to be really worried: “What if my kid believes people lived with dinosaurs?” until someone told me that this is how you build a critical thinker and that the best response to the kid if they repeat that junk is “have you thought that all the way through?”
Yeah, everyone seems cool. I liked when he said that if she had taken it better, they would still be married. It’s all so interesting.
