I try to be relatively decent with people unless they say something I just can’t abide by or they are openly hostile/insulting/toxic. At least then there’s a chance of getting something constructive out of disagreement, though I’m well aware that’s less than likely online. And yeah, sometimes you just have to tell

I’m well aware of how our system should work, but your post came off like you disapproved of his form of protest.

I’m going to go out on a limb and guess you come down on the side of not wanting to see the cops who skilled her arrested.

What is it with Republicans accusing everyone who dislikes Trump of having mental illness? Why is that a thing on the right at all?

I’m just glad to see American companies doing something interesting. Outside of a few vehicles made by Lincoln, the Model 3, the Bronco, and the 350R/500 there isn’t really much made here in the states that I want to buy. I hope Lucid succeeds and pushes Tesla in the process, I also hope Rivian becomes the American

Eh. I don’t know about the argument that aesthetics and functionality are inherently incompatible.

Either you’re telling me that drugs will literally get me so high that I can zip around thousands of feet in the air, or it will give me the intelligence necessary to acquire the resources for/build my own jet pack. Either way, this sounds like a fantastic advertisement for drugs.

Personally, I just enjoy the experience at a theatre more. Comfortable lounge chairs, some decent alcoholic drinks, and some pretty good food. At least at the theater that’s nearby me. Watching something in my living room just doesn’t feel the same as seeing it in the theater.

I really don’t think it’s that big a deal to have unrealistic design features for a car that will only ever drive in the virtual world.

It is a little weird to see this come full circle. I remember the argument against Tesla for the longest time was that they can’t be considered a competitor to any luxury brand because price alone wasn’t enough to qualify. To see the opposite argument now being made, that because of their prices they have to be

He helped develop it.

Setting aside my general desire to see climate change dealt with for a minute, I’m just glad we have all these American companies in the automotive sector with the potential to do something interesting and lead the way. I hope they all succeed for that reason alone.

Since when is the spirit of ecstasy naked?

You could always take a poll if you really want to know for sure.

You’re not wrong.

I can see that. I wasn’t sure what you’d say but that position makes sense.

If I may ask, what are your general views on sexuality? As in, where do you fall on the scale between “cover it up and go to church because something something sin and “live and let live”?

I suspect there’s a bit more at play here than millions of people just being stupid.

When exactly did we start associating having more money with being more sophisticated? That’s always been a weird thing to me.

They really come off as the sort of person who argues you should go down on your boss for them being so kind as to let you work for them, and be thankful for what they consider paying you.
