I had a schematic of his four cylinder motor as a desktop for a long time...I really liked the design. Hard to say if it qualified as an inline 4 or an extreme angle V-4. Very unique cylinder arrangement, something akin to the VW VR6 motors.

Son, we live in a world that has words, and those words have to be guarded by men who understand them. Who’s gonna do it? You? I have a greater responsibility than you could possibly fathom. You weep for your myth, and you curse the truthsayers. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know.

I agree, it looks terrible, it makes my eyes hurt trying to look at the background.

Yeah it is kinda bonkers, but if you are going to get a car like that you have to go all the way.

More power isn’t necessarily what’s needed. What is needed is more mechanical grip and less reliance on aero grip. How many times have we seen a car close the distance to a car in front only to get into that “aerowash” zone where all the car does is loose front grip due to lack of down force on the front wing and slide

I would do anything for meatloaf, but I won’t do that.

Ah, but wouldn’t the original flathead Cadillac V8 circa 1914 be the first mass produced 16V passenger car engine?! Ha-HA! GOTCHA GRAVEROBBER!

Just a note:

“We’ve got a full tank of gas, a half-pack of Gauloises, it’s the early Twentieth Century, and we’re wearing berets”
