I'm not sure why Rothstein-2 killed Rothestein-1, but apparently he wanted Zoom to return him to his home on Earth-2. Park-2, on the other hand, seemed to be actively running away from Zoom to the point where, at the end of the episode (and after her failed attempt at killing her Earth-1 counterpart) she was trying to

No, I guess not. It might be me, but it would be kind of strange for an awesome woman like Linda to date someone younger than she is. I say this because typically men mature more slowly than women. I'm not saying it would be impossible or that the show won't do it. I just think it would be odd, but then again, I

And Dr. Light was intent on killing Iris' colleague and friend.

Don't you mean, "And… Disqus"?

I think the show will kill Patty before she becomes "more of a real person" and people start to dislike her. (That is, dislike her or distrust her any more than several people here already do.) To quote you and repeat myself, I think Patty is this season's Eddie.

I think Park-2 wanted Park-1's identity to hide from Zoom, but she went about replacing Park-1 all wrong.

Never said she was being smart about it. :)

Again, true about her not knowing about the counterpart. I guess what I'm trying to say is this: Seeing as Zoom sent her to kill the Flash and that wasn't what she was doing when Cisco first sensed her presence, it makes sense that her motive was trying to get away from Zoom and that everything she did in this episode

Not my theory.

I'd have to watch the episode with Francine again to be sure, but I think it was said that Francine has been gone for 20 years and Iris was 5 when she left, so that would make Iris 25 years old, which is the same age as Barry, I believe. That would make Wally 20, or thereabouts.

Priceless

That might have gotten wordy if they used phrases like that every time they talked about Reverse Flash. I guess it didn't bother me as much as it seems to have bothered some people, because I knew that they know that Reverse Flash wasn't the real Wells, as Caitlin explained early on.

Good googly moogly. Can I just say that Disqus is awful? It looks like it's erasing my comments or not registering my upvotes and I have to constantly log out and log back into the AV site. Ugh!

You're right, but I think she was going to kill Linda Park and then leave town with the money (she planned on stealing before Flash stopped her). That's why she was at the train station. At least, that's how I saw it—steal money to live on, kill Linda Park, assume her identity and leave town.

West-Allen is actually the hyphenated form of Iris' surname from the 2024 newspaper. I think that may be where the usage is coming from. At least that's why I use it. Also, all the combinations of Iris' name with Barry sound stupid to me. :)

Liked all of the things you liked. Didn't dislike all of the things you disliked, but I agree with your grade.

I agree on the 3rd universe, especially since over on Supergirl, the titular heroine claims that she and Superman are the only heroes on their Earth.

Subtle—something I can't say about another superhero show I will not mention by name but starts with an "s"…

I think the difference between Park-2 and Rothstein-2 is that Rothstein-2 wanted Zoom to take him back to Earth-2, whereas Park-2 is interested in hiding from Zoom, since he is really scary (and she is usually a thief and not a killer). That's why she wanted to assume Park-1's identity.

He should be at least five years younger than Iris, no? I seem to remember their saying that Francine left when Iris was five and gave birth eight months later.
