The trailer for Midway immediately made me think “Hollywood Fluff”, but after I read the AP review of the movie, I could only chuckle and think, “Sick burn!” One out of four stars. I think I’ll give it a pass.

It did kind of make me wish for an appearance by Tom Welling, though (despite the fact that I quit Smallville long before it finished its run).
Probably because Reverse Flash killed him very soon after he killed Barry’s mother. I don’t think we’ll ever see him outside of the flashbacks showing how Thawne stole his appearance and life.
Season 1 Wells is and always will be the best Wells (Thawne). That guy always gives me the chills in the best villain way. Zoom and Savitar can’t hold a candle to him. The Thinker? Cicada? Pffffft.
Nora did mention that Cicada was never caught. I thought perhaps Iris might have done it to prevent her daughter from being targeted by a serial meta-killer.
Best Wells-Cisco exchange of the episode:
That guy kissing Alice looks a lot like Taika Waititi.
Who are these people (in the header picture) and what are they doing hanging out in the Santa Barbara Police Station? I don’t see Gus or Shawn anywhere.
I’m not really a fan of this show. I’ve started watching it haphazardly more out of boredom than anything else, but in this weird episode I think the most glaring issue for me—among others—was the complete absence (either in word or appearance) of Kal-El. I know he doesn’t remember Krypton, at least not as well as…
People of Earth was the only thing keeping me from getting weird, because the show specifically told me not to. Now? Now all bets are off.
😭😭😭
So the little green hand Thanos takes in the trailer... is that Gamora as a child?
Response to first Stray Observation: I think Randall bought the cabin, if I’m not mistaken, so that it would stay in the family. Okay, I’m not exactly sure what Randall did, but somehow I remember it being Randall who took action to make sure they still had the cabin... (After his ‘shroom visions of Jack working on it…
Spoiler: Hela isn’t actually dead. Hela-Thanos team-up. :-p
It was pretty funny, if only because my friend and I (and I suppose a lot of other people) were expecting something a bit more substantial. Instead, we basically got Cap throwing up his hands and saying, “Are we done yet? Can I go now?”
Deadpool did the Ferris Bueller riff; Homecoming had Captain America exasperated at having to film so many dorky PSAs
To Infinity.... And Beyond!
*crickets chirp*
Gross!
And we will stay glued to our seats for all twenty of those minutes, just to get another taste and even though we’ve already had a whole meal. I didn’t like Spider-Man: Homecoming, but the post-credits scene was a priceless jab at us stinger addicts...
