Kreizler explicitly states that there is a difference between one dead boy who may have been exploring a trans identity and another boy who dresses as a female for the purposes of sex work. It was in the scene where he was awkwardly trying to comfort the first boy’s mother.

Luvvie Ajayi had a great take on this story—there’s a pay discrepancy in play here, and Sykes and Mo’Nique deserve a lot more that what they were offered. The porgs were added because that island is friggin’ littered with puffins and the filmmakers couldn’t keep them out of the shots, so they just painted aliens over top of the puffins.
