I'll hunt down the article, but the differences in the backing track were both noted in the statements that Goldie Blox made and independently verified by people who played both backing tracks and determined they were different.

That is actually a matter of debate, because the parody aspect hasn't be pared up with the fair use portion - there's some grey area that needs to be clarified.
