I saw some like that on the internet! Very cool. I wish I'd thought of it before I sold them all off.

"This is the opposite of social skills."

Didn't we learn this in the 90's though? I'm pretty sure 2001 was when I sold off my mom's beanie collection at $2 a pop, then donated the rest to goodwill.

As a trans person, for the most part, there isn't much distinction between those terms. The terminology is changing, and for the most part people use the word transgendered or just trans* as a umbrella category. Some people use the word transsexual specifically when speaking of people who have surgical procedures, but

Gender isn't entirely a social construct. There is *some* biological differentiation between masculine and feminine; it's a complex issue. There is some interesting brain research going on with trans folks right now that has interesting findings — most of the brain is intersex - i.e., not differentiated between male

Indeed - my list would have been in an entirely different order - the most egregious stuff is at the bottom of the list, which suggests it's made up. Anyone this angry would start with the worst stuff.

Why would someone stick around long enough to let this list get this long? I'd have been out before Barack HUSSEIN Obama at least.

Go Texas! I wish we were this organized in Indiana.

I agree. I would totally give the kid a name that fit nicely with West. North is not bad at all. I would have gone with South, but either works.

This is much better than early reports that said Kim was considering "Easton" - Easton West - for the name.

It wasn't the word "sham" that bothered me, it was the "you should just be happy your marriage is legal" - that smacks of heterosexual privilege. That's what made me think he was as bad as they were. Even if he felt bad about it later, it still came from a place of privilege, where "I've got mine; you're lucky we're

Oh, I would never choose the lesbian couple over him. I'd choose neither, based on this exchange back and forth. I would have dismissed them right away. Him I would have been thoughtful about until he carried on to the point of homophobia.

I see your Cersei eyeroll, and double down on it with Lady Mary.

We'll have to agree to disagree, then. As a gay person, I think it does.

I would. I do. I have done it, many times. There are some things that are just not worth acknowledging.

Saying something homophobic out of anger - that's not just directed at this lesbian couple. That's directed scattershot at all same-sex couples. It doesn't matter how disrespected you are; you don't get to do collateral damage with your insults.

That would be true if he had said "I don't care what anyone things, your marriage is a sham!"

The money dance is supposed to be something initiated by guests, though. Not something orchestrated by the wedding planner, bridal party or parents of the bride and/or groom. It's supposed to be spontaneous and a surprise to everyone that it happens.

Nah, there's no other way to take that. If he was just talking specifically about their relationship he would have said " I don't care what you or anybody thinks, your marriage is a sham!"
