When I lived in LA, I would go to the Chateau Marmont pretty frequently. Brett Ratner was a like a toxic little bridge troll you had to sneak past because he always held down a table right by the door, snatching at women as they crept by. He’s a mega, mega, MEGA creeper and should absolutely be exposed.

I’m snarking about how women are most often valued as art when they are naked. I know it’s not a clean line but it’s the first thing that came to mind when I saw his statement on how this hyper sexualized nude sculpture is supposed to evoke something resembling respect for women.

Begs the question...do women have to be naked to get onto the national mall?

I’m Native and was a kid in the 90's so a LOT of my friends dressed up as Pocahontas. It made me very uncomfortable and sad but I didn’t know how to express it. So yeah, I really appreciate your thoughtfulness as an adult because I think that’s all it takes to change things for the next generation.

my cat growing up peed on stuff when his literbox was in anyway compromised - like if something new was put too close to it or I changed the liter to a different brand. If he just recently started doing it, maybe look for things that changed and switch it back?

smelling like Cool Water and weed

I mean...the sexy goldfish is kinda great. If you’re gonna be a sexy anything, I say go with the unexpected every time. I once went to a party as a sexy spoon and it was my favorite costume ever.

Me too. They’re the scariest because they are founded in truth.

Just...ugh. Anyone who defends GB sr.’s behavior as cute, funny, or excusable in any way needs to be asked the simple question: did he do it to men?

FOR. REAL. My sister and I have always believed this - his shady misogynist POV was super toxic to the scoobies from Season 1 on, he was always a groping, manipulative, stage 4 clinger. The breaking point was when he tried to kill Spike with an axe because the woman he publicly humiliated by leaving her at the alter

I loved it too! But I rented it to watch with my sister and she was actually upset with me about how uncomfortable it made her. To this day, I have not been allowed to pick movies because she feels I betrayed a sacred trust by making her sit through The Lobster. She also said it kept her up at night and wishes she

Exactly. That huge smug leering grin is the perfect illustration of ‘just wondering...were they asking for it? what were they wearing? did they really say no?’

I saw the interview on the red carpet and the smug, self satisfied smile she holds throughout her whole rant is as infuriating as her words. She was getting a kick out of it, she thought she was being charming, she was self assured and confident in her opinion. She’s not sorry and she doesn’t deserve any more

honestly, they probably don’t even know about it. Fox News, Brietbart, et. all only give a cursory whisper to things that might upset the base, and even then they put a positive spin on it or blame Hilbama.

I mean, we’re only in our 30's. Eventually I assume our own children will start dating and we will all go on a destination vacation together with our respective spouses. Does it involve a miscommunication in a hot-tub? Will a mountain hike go terribly awry, leaving the two of us stranded in the jungle to work out our

ha, my friend, that would probably have freaked him out so much! All he wanted was a reaction, either anger or fear - if instead he just got a blank stare, I’ll bet he would have backed down. I’m going to remember this the next time some bully tries something.

If you’d watch that, get ready for Chaperones 2: The Divorce.

Yep! Already got a couple, blaming other reservations for not helping Pine Ridge instead of like...holding the federal government, who stole the land in the first place, accountable for their failure to uphold the promise of social and economic support. I’m Native myself, and I always find it amazing how resentful

I think a much better version of this movie would be three kids trying to keep their parents, who are chaperones at prom, from hooking up.

Pine Ridge is one of the most depressed, broken and tragic examples of the reservation system. I’ll bet those kids are really proud of themselves for bullying this otherwise thriving community.
