I dig that she completely acknowledges her journey to awareness and activism. That yes, she was young and self-centered like so many of us are at some point. But that once awareness was gained, sisterfriend put her money where her mouth was and really did work to be of use to the greater good. Good on you, Angie.

In b4 someone makes some crazy comment, ruining the simple happy feels of this story.

Oh, please post the Killam's Jebediah character. Hilarious bit, though I wish we could have heard the takedown of FDR's speech.

It is rumored that the private school that Gwynnie's children attend has banned Vespas from school pick-up and drop-off because she's such a reckless rider. Is that possible? How fast can Vespas even go? GOOP's people deny it.

Sara was my favorite! I wanted to send her a fan letter but then I realized how terribly creepy that would be.

I think that is where they had tryouts for the first season. One thing I picked up on - a number of the kids had family members in the food industry so that would explain their insane level cooking knowledge and techniques.

Jack should have won. I believe he was eliminated right before the finale because of his age. My wife agrees he should have been in the finale, though she thought Alexander would have won.

We both agree that in the actual finale, Dara was ROBBED! She outcooked Alexander in that matchup.

Also, this show confirmed 2

only watched it because gordon ramsay + children made my heart go SQUEEEEEEEEE

I think I'm having what my grandma called "a conniption fit"

I wept with pride throughout the entire finale.

For some reason I didn't know that bit of trivia about Branagh/Thompson/HBC, and having watched all the Harry Potter movies again over the three-day weekend makes it even more scandalous. Gilderoy Lockhart was married to Sibyll Trelawney but had an affair with Bellatrix Lestrange? BIG MAGICAL WHAT.

There are (literally) no words.

Amanda Cohen (of the restaurant Dirt Candy) should get a mention, not just for being an amazing rock and roll female chef, but for totally redefining the restaurant world's view of what vegetarian food can be. Doesn't that count as groundbreaking?

My face while I was reading this.

Please don't think me braggadocious, but several years back I had the good fortune to interview the loveliness that is Iman, a phone interview that started as she was walking home from something, and then into her apartment and into her kitchen, where she proceeded TO CONVERSE WITH DAVID BOWIE WHILE I WAS STILL ON THE

I do not believe Iman is human. Or, else, she's like an X-Men and the next level of evolution.

Wowww. It took me up until the word "pussy" to realize that that is not the song she was actually dancing to. And that is how I know it's still Monday.
