Lol, I make no apologies. We will have to glare at each other in an awkward and unconvincing manner, like Maverick and Iceman. But with pants on.

I usually don’t vote or comment on bikes because I know very little about them. I do feel confident though that needing a running start to get the motor going is a pretty big flaw. Also, does the association with an overrated movie and a goddamn Scientologist really add value to it? CP.
Agreed. I don’t think it’s an outrageous price, but it’s still too much for a salvage title Chrysler with 161,000 on it.
My problem isn’t the title. It’s the fact the car needed a complete front clip.
I always liked the exterior design of the Magnum, but my boss bought one back around ‘07/’08 and had to constantly take it back to the dealer for one reason or another. He traded it in before a year was up. Now put that onto a salvaged Chrysler of the same era, and almost $5k is to much. Might consider it for half…
In another 10 years, what will that Corvette be worth compared to this Ferrari?
NP- I assume most first-time Ferrari buyers opt for red. Having this one tells the world you’re past that shouty, immature stage and are (slightly) less of a douche.
Very narrowly a NP because the seller has been willing to drop the price. $8,000 can get you a considerably better car than this one. Bring it down $1500 or so, and now we’re talking. It’s a rare car in pretty good condition. I know the auto trans will turn off some buyers, but there are probably about as many people…
I’m loving the Porsche-Mazda styling and the uniqueness, but even though it’s undeniably cool, it’s not $40k cool.
I have certainly seen worse. The front and rear clip is boring, but I do like the way the profile looks with this kit. The problem I have is with the fit and finish. I’m seeing quite a few gaps and misalignments.
I agree the seat is easy.
I disagree; at least the TT was good-looking. This thing is just...meh. Might as well import a Geo Metro from Canada; you’ll turn just as many heads with it.
So a bit of info on how the handful of S3s in the states of this vintage are legal. The 8L S3 was a super desirable Audi in the states for eurostep enthusiasts, so a handful of them went through the effort to actually federalize them using the mk4 golf as the basis and someone at the nhtsa/dot agreed!
While I definitely agree with you on all those points, the green of that Interstate battery really clashes with that laser red paint job. No thanks. CP for days.
We could just play “I Spy with my Little Eye” instead of NPOCP...
The condition of the battery would be adequately reported if the article simply quoted the displayed, rated range at specified percentage of capacity; for example 210 miles @ 90%. That is a stable and accurate measure of the energy capacity. When new, it would have nominally been 265 x 0.9 or 238 miles. My 2013 Model…
As someone who’s basically done this, CP. 2013 was the second model year on these and 2012 only had a few thousand made. The vin on this car is 20k, so it’s probably around the 10-15kth model s ever made and likely prone to many, many issues. The other issue: the model 3 is actually the superior car.
Mr. Money Bags over here has $30k for a parts car.
****He is selling the car 1 week after major repairs****
