I wanted my wife to look at those when we were shopping for a new car for her. The RWD is the reason she didn’t want in it since we live in Upstate NY and snow is usually a think all winter long, she went with a Pilot instead. If I truly needed a mini van I’d pick one up in a heart beat.

Watch a Doug DeMuro video? I would rather lick Prince Charles.

When a mom and dad London bus love each other very much...

Comparing Google Images shots of the the engine bays of the Hornet and either model of M Coupe, it looks like he did the latter. The interior is all BMW, too, including the pedals and all the dash components.

This is a wild and cool Frankenstein on wheels. I love it and want it even though it’s someone else’s project. Imagine the reception this HorMet would get at a C&C. Imagine honing this sacrilegious  beast at a track day. Imagine rolling into your local BMW dealership for a tune up. Imagine this car being advertised for

Just needs a red wrap and some Cragar SS wheels and then it would be perfect.

Oh my stars and garters.

For buying a car, or breaking quarantine?

CP <<=====|A====>> NP

Holy Crap, I just realized this is actually in my home town. I might be getting in trouble with the wife shortly...........

Irrational NP. I love it. And if I had money and time, this is the whacky shit I would do with it before I ever bought a new Ferrari.

I’m gonna go with the “It’s so bad, it’s good.” theory. I’m not at all sure this beast is worth anything near the $14,500, but, the sheer mad genius of it intrigues me.

@5am PST, there are already 87 persons voting in this thing?!

Back in the 80s my dad bought a 1945 fire truck from the city auction. For the couple years he owned it we had a blast driving it around town. Even got in a couple parades.

I don’t really understand the love for the fox bodies in general, especially the notchback. They are just so visually unappealing to my eyes - the notchback to me looks like a Chrysler K car with a Mustang badge. The GTs (especially toward the end of the run) at least fixed some of these aesthetics with heavy body

I know in French it’s pronounced “merde”.

Let’s see -

Honestly, I think the Mondial is actually a really nice-looking car. Is it Ferrari’s prettiest model? No, not really. Is it still a handsome, well-proportioned car with some rather nice styling details? Yep, it is. I wouldn’t mind being seen in that thing, not at all.

Years and years ago, nobody wanted Dinos either. Because “not a real Ferrari.” I think if you’re willing to hold and enjoy it for a few decades you’d at least get your money back.
