Rocko beat The Simpsons to it with their trailer for "The Do."

What doesn't help is that the best two songs from those sessions didn't make the final cut.

Good a place as any to mention that there's a pretty fun Pet Sematary film documentary on Prime right now.

I wish that were the case. At least in 1999 they had to think of a plot instead of throwing darts at the newspaper.

Especially the live version with Dave Grohl.

I'm an apologist for all 70s ELO, but there's something about that second record that just does it for me. It's almost…heavy? If that makes any sense.

We cannot talk 80s sax and leave out the absurd solo in Foreigner's "Urgent."

There's something about those first few ELO records that I really love. It could be how evil and dirty the strings sound on a lot of those tracks.

Whores are so fucking good. Gold was in my top five of 2016.

Their original name was Cop Destroyer.

That quote is so dead on, but doesn't account for the fact that even that version of Lynch is worthwhile.

And ironically your username is a reference to a Simpsons episode influenced by his work. Go figure, fuck face.

I own a first pressing of the score on vinyl and it's one of my most prized possessions.

Monkey Shines is solid, but entirely too long.

If we're talking American-made Belgian beer, Ommegang isn't even on the same planet as Allagash. Maybe the non-spontaneously fermented stuff is sort of close, but FV 13, Nancy, Farm to Face, etc are waaaaaay better than anything Ommegang puts out.

Allagash might be the best American brewery.

Shoegaze is nice. Speaking of Tired Hands, a friend lucked out and was in Ardmore during the most recent milkshake release. One of the few series of beers that deserves all of the hype.

Cantillon is available in France. Drink that instead.

I love that beer and brewery so much. I have an Off the Beaten Path 2 in the fridge waiting for me after work tonight.

I cannot wait for that Polyseeds record. Terrace Martin's Velvet Portraits was one of my tops last year.
