I wonder when the game will leave early access 

I’ll jump back in eventually but honestly, after a solid two months of playing this almost exclusively when it launched, I already uninstalled it and moved onto other games. They put a really bad taste in people’s mouths, all these changes sound great, but I imagine it’s too little too late for quite a few people. 

Would love to know where that marketing budget goes. Since all I’ve heard of this expansion came via websites that aren’t part of the paid mouthpieces. Maybe it’s my vicious over-use of adblock combined with my Pi-Hole, but I scarcely saw any marketing.

I’ve really just enjoyed reading all the articles on Starfield and that has been more than enough for me.  I will pick it up at sometime, just not in a rush to.

BG3 absolutely should be used as a weapon, as it proves an incredibly specific point, which is that publicly traded, shareholder run companies are almost always the enemy of quality. I get this argument, I really do, but it gives short-shrift to the simple fact that $70 is no small amount to the average person, who maybe doesn’t want to feel the phantom hand of a publisher reaching into their pocket for more money every ten minutes.

It’s a single player RPG, and like the headline says it’s been 6 months after release with several high profile games that have launched in the interim and soaked up the limelight.
