This is a great idea. And the virtue of having it stretch so far along the coast is that it's always windy SOMEWHERE along the eastern seaboard at any given time, so it overcomes the complaint anti-wind forces often make, which is "what happens when the wind doesn't blow?" Not a problem if you have a generation…
