I have hair that’s super duper fine and it’s got an irregular texture, so I get a ton of breakage / frizz halo too. Rinsing my hair with ice cold water helps a lot. When I’m motivated and I do it every day for a week I notice a big difference. Downside: it’s a miserable experience.
