If the game is even noticed by the general public is because the way is presented graphically and choices they made about how the player character move. Artist and art made this game worth playing.

Theres a strong suspicion that these sites do get the keys from the publishers, but are not accounted. The publisher is stealing from the developers. If the publisher sells 20k copies through CD-Key sites, the devs never see the money from these 20k copies.
