Not only could the NAACP make money but these victims can also receive money for their pain and suffering. If that is not what they do, again I’m wondering why the not?

They did. The lawyer couldn’t find the address so she had to circle the neighborhood twice. This aroused the suspicion of local octogenarian Betty MacArthur, who promptly called the police and had the lawyer arrested for being a public menace or in layman’s terms - circling too many times.
