Vouch for #3 - my parents have a 2003-ish Corolla they bought slightly used. It now has 170k+ miles and all he’s ever done is change the oil and put on a new set of tires. Maybe brake pads? But that’s it. All original hoses, transmission, struts/suspension, etc.
