My PMDD is incredibly debilitating, too. It REALLY throws off your life to be totally immobilized by depression every few weeks. As soon as I would start making traction on a goal I would lose all momentum. For what it’s worth, anti-depressants really, really helped me.

You’re not alone. *solidarity fistbump*

Phones are also primarily used for entertainment, learning, and connecting people to the larger world. Unlike books and newspapers, they also connect people to other people. Their use as a convenient way to avoid awkward social exchanges, like having a book on hand, is just a plus.

This did kill my soul. Luckily Rob’s hatred for things I don’t like gives me life.

NO I refuse to entertain this as possible. The show needs Dig, he brings some balance and maturity to the team.

Hey not everything is for everyone so that’s cool. Just kind of annoying to see it brushed off as WB emo whatever by someone who has no context for the character/scene, you know? fwiw I hated the pilot, too.

Rob Bricken, your Gotham commentary brings me no end of delight.

Given the context, his “emo screams” were pretty appropriate. But if you want to judge the entire series off of 5 minutes 3 seasons in, be my guest.

Yeah I wasn’t sure that it was so much newfound bisexuality as just like, Clarke happens to be into guys and girls, we just didn’t know it until Lexa.

I do watch the other shows and get where their dynamics are, but Sara and Captain Cold for example don’t know each other well, they’re just fun to watch play off each other on screen. That’s the kind of chemistry I’m talking about. :) I also think Carter is like watching cardboard and Kendra’s tie to him really holds

The Lord of the Flies bit gets dropped and it becomes pretty amazing. Definitely worth sticking out the first part of the show. It starts getting better halfway through season 1 if I recall correctly, but really ups its game in the season 1 finale.

Generic YA Book: The Movie wasn’t good? I’m shocked by this.

Yep, widespread pay inequity in Hollywood has nothing to do with sexism, men just happen to hire better agents than women. :/

“The most glaring problem with Legends of Tomorrow is that these characters currently have no chemistry with one another.”

I thought Sara Lance had crazy good insta-chemistry with Captain Cold and Heat Wave. Who doesn’t have chemistry but really should are the Hawks and Firestorm. Still, Sara Lance, Captain Cold/Heat

He’s a British time traveler and the actor was on Dr. Who so I get why this comment keeps coming up but like, how is the actual character anything like a 9,000 year old regenerating alien? Darvill is probably the best actor on the show and I’m pretty stoked about his character.

Hawkman is so the weak link of the cast and holds Hawkgirl back. KILL HIM VANDAL SAVAGE.

Well we know whose side you’ll be on in Batman v. Superman. :)

This is a legit point. I didn’t care for Man of Steel but I don’t expect an apology for it.

This is me, I confess. I hated Man of Steel and don’t really expect this to be good, but Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in a movie together? No way I won’t be there. Damn you, Snyder! *shakes fist*
